All graphics must be high resolution (300 dpi or above at 100%) We do NOT accept Microsoft Word or Publisher files (.docx & .pub). Convert these to a standard image format prior to sending to us.
CROPPING / BLEED AREA
All print ready submitted artwork must also include a 0.125in BLEED AREA on all four sides of the ad. This ensures all artwork is cropped properly once sent to print.
The additional bleed will add 0.25in to each dimension of the final ad size. For example a FULL PAGE will be 5.25in X 8.25in

If you choose to submit source files, we only accept: AI, INDD and PSD. If source files are submitted, be sure to include fonts, if applicable.
IF PROVIDING PRINT READY AD ARTWORK
Our preferred file type for print ready ads is PDF.
